All custom designs created by Magnolia Paperie are owned by Magnolia Paperie. This includes crests, custom orders, stationery artwork, motifs, patterns, illustrations, design elements, pet portraits and calligraphy.

Magnolia Paperie aall copyrights in any and all work(s) created or produced pursuant to federal copyright law (Title 17, Chapter 2, Section 201-02 of the United States Code), whether registered or unregistered. Any and all products, whether tangible or intangible, are expressly and solely owned by Magnolia Paperie may be used in the reasonable course of Magnolia Paperie’s business. Magnolia Paperie has the right to also use any portion of the work for portfolio or marketing purposes.

Claims for missing items, wrong items or items damaged in transit must be received within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. The items will be exchanged and/or a replacement sent if there has been proof of delivery from the mail carrier. Items with a delayed delivery or still in transit will not be resent.

If at any time there is a problem or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us to resolve the issue within 48 hours of receiving your items. We strive to make every customer happy and your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Once you have contacted us, we can process your return. Upon delivery of the undamaged and unopened item back to us, we will process a refund for the product. Shipping is non-refundable, and any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. A shipping label will not be provided.

Your purchase will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure that this address is up to date and correct before submitting your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping times vary, but are approximately 3-5 days for USPS First Class Mail, 2-4 days for USPS Priority Mail in the US and 6-10 days for International USPS Priority (pending customs). Please note: inclement weather and high-volume may delay the estimated shipping arrival times, and shipping times do not include processing time.

Processing Time

The shipping method selected at checkout dictates the method that your order will be shipped. Please note this is separate from our production time, which is the time to create and pack up your order. Our processing time is approximately 3-5 business days, depending on order volume. Orders are shipped in the order they are received. If you need something sooner, simply email us, and we will move it up in our order queue to accommodate your timeline. (We love to help in a pinch!!)

Let's talk about the mail speed now! Typically First Class takes 3-5 business days, Priority takes 2-3, and Priority Express takes 1-2, depending on where you are in country. Of course, I wish I could hand-deliver each and every item to you, but once it leaves my studio, it is in the hands of the good folks at the USPS, and I have no control over shipping time, nor can I guarantee the arrival time of any package, even with upgraded shipping speeds. If your order includes an item marked Preorder, the remainder of your order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship.
